What Are Cookies?

Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device when you visit. They help websites work properly, remember your preferences, and — where you consent — provide information about how the site is used.

Cookies do not contain personally identifiable information on their own, though some may be linked to information you have provided directly.

Cookies We Use

We use four categories of cookies. Essential cookies are always active and cannot be disabled because the site cannot function without them. The other categories are optional and only placed with your consent.

Essential Cookies

Required for the website to function. These cover session management and security. They cannot be turned off.

Duration: session to 12 months  ·  Always active

Analytics Cookies

Help us understand how visitors navigate the site — which pages are visited, how long people stay, and where they arrive from. This informs how we improve the site over time.

Duration: up to 26 months  ·  Third party: Google Analytics

Marketing Cookies

Used to understand how visitors interact with our advertising, where present. These help ensure any ads shown are relevant to your context.

Duration: up to 12 months  ·  Third party: advertising networks

Preference Cookies

Remember choices you have made — such as your cookie consent preferences — so you are not asked again on each visit.

Duration: up to 12 months  ·  First party

Third-Party Cookies

Some cookies are set by third-party services we use. These services have their own privacy policies and cookie practices:

  • Google Analytics — website usage statistics. Google Privacy Policy
  • Advertising networks — where applicable, for campaign measurement

We do not have control over cookies set by third parties once you leave our site.

Cookie Duration

  • Persistent cookies — remain on your device for a set period (see each category above for typical durations)
